2009 Futurity Results
$24,000+ (after expenses) was distributed among 42 entries and 23 owners at the recent Futurity classes held at the Clemson show Halloween night. The All-Star Stallion Futurity Auction conducted earlier this year raised $23,170.00 of this amount.

Two prestigious awards are presented each year, in recognition of loved ones who are no longer with us. Winner of the Grady McAuley Purebred Supreme Futurity Champion for 2009, was Maahdallion, owned by the Nancy Janosik. (McAuley was a long-time WCAHA Board member). Winner of the Charles Greenlee HA/AA Supreme Futurity Champion for 2009, was Koweta Marhaabuck, owned by Denni Mack. (This award honors WCAHA Board member Grace Greenlee’s father.)
A special class for get of Auction Stallions (foals resulting from an auction breeding purchased in the previous year) was also held, and the winner was Mizpah Flori Rose (Marhaabah x Ianna Rose), owned by Philip Blumenfield.
